LHere is my first tapestry! Going to try double wrapping my loom next time and try to perfect my edges! I still have to finish my tutorial on how to finish this hahaha! Thank you ❤️ inspired by my trip to the Oregon Coast.

I wove these two merging circles using one of the cartoons offered in the final project of my Colour in Tapestry course. I double-warped my loom, and I’m weaving with a single strand of Everlea Fingering at 12 ends-per-inch. I was pretty happy with it until I showed it to Danny and he excitedly exclaimed, “Mastercard!” Now I can’t unsee it 😆

Here’s my little tree ornament. The lessons were very easy to follow and this was a fun, approachable project. I managed to complete it in one day, albeit with lots of unweaving and redoing! My biggest error was not turning back on the correct warp to keep in pattern and finding a few rows later that my tree edges weren’t lining up properly - usually too short. What good prectice this was!

Here is my first ever tapestry, following the Weave a Sunset workshop. I certainly learned a lot! Yup, there is room for improvement, but very happy with my results and looking forward to more practicing!
